As we face the challenges of climate change, companies need to find ways to attract sustainable financing to transition to low carbon. One way to achieve this is to understand and communicate a company’s performance regarding Environmental, Social, and Governance criteria.
This year, Tamaris Hidro asked us to assess their compliance with ESG and provide recommendations for improving their score across their 13 operating companies, which include 16 mini hydro power plants. We can see the passion that the Tamaris management has for creating a greener future for their company and positively impact the community.
Another milestone for Tamaris Hidro is that they have successfully performed GHG calculations independently this year after establishing the GHG calculation for scopes 1, 2, and 3. So Tamaris is ready to set their GHG baseline for operational activities!
