On 30 March, our team gathered for the second OKR Planning Workshop of 2026 at RM Kayana, Renon. There is something different about this session from our previous ones, as we officially welcomed our newest team member, Gabriel Liu, who joins us as the Head of the Carbon Management team.
We kicked off the day with a short ice-breaking session that helped us to reconnect and get to know each other through a few random questions, followed by a company overview explained by Verena Streidtfert. Then, each head of topic shared a review of our Q1 2026 objectives key results, from the Carbon Management team led by Verena Streidtfert, the ESG and Sustainable Finance team led by Julia Rahmi, and the Capacity Building team led by Marcella Winata. These conversations lead to focused team discussions and exchange ideas to shape our Q2 plans. Last, we wrapped up the session with a shared lunch together.
As we look back on our progress so far, we realise it’s more than just setting targets, it’s about building a stronger and more resilient foundation for the impact we aspire to create together. Here’s to the journey ahead! ✨
