At Tri Hita Consulting, our people are at the heart of everything we do. They shape our culture and define the direction we move forward together. Because of that, last year we marked our very first Employee Engagement Survey. It was not simply an exercise in gathering feedback, but a way to listen more intentionally and understand how our people experience the workplace we are building.
The results have been truly mesmerising. It shows a strong sense of care for our shared direction and a willingness to grow together. At the same time, it reminds us that engagement is not just about numbers. It is about how people feel every single day, how we communicate, and how we continue nurturing an inclusive environment that feels valued and supported.
As we look ahead, one question remains: How do we strengthen this foundation and build the next chapter together?
