Kelly has national and international leadership experience building and facilitating organisational alignment and sustainability across large organisations or networks with a clear mission focus. She has advised and supported systemic change across different areas of practice with the Ford Foundation, GIZ, Daimler, IUCN, National CASA/GAL and others. She spent her career in the US and Asia, focusing on developing and leading by cultivating strong teams, communities and partnerships.

With background from NGO, government and private sector organisations to enable strong communities and greater social justice: equity, education, health, economic empowerment, the environment, and the arts.
