Sustainable Work Culture

Direct Reduction of Greenhouse Gas (GHG)

Tri Hita Consulting actively promotes energy conservation by encouraging employees to turn off equipment outside business hours and to avoid unnecessary electricity use. The company demonstrates its commitment to sustainability through its procurement strategy, specifically prioritising electric vehicles (EVs) to minimise its carbon footprint. Furthermore, since 2024, Tri Hita Consulting has been tracking and calculating its GHG emissions, in order to monitor and further reduce its environmental impact.

Low-Impact Travel

Tri Hita Consulting prioritises sustainable mobility by encouraging employees to travel only when essential. Utilising virtual collaboration tools for stakeholder engagement, whenever possible, is encouraged. When travel is required, our Travel Policy advocates for rail travel over air travel for short- and medium-haul journeys to significantly lower CO2 emissions. Beyond the mode of transport, we expect our team to maintain a low-impact travel attitude; this includes minimising single-use plastics, using reusable water bottles, and declining disposable utensils to reduce waste throughout their journey.

Gender Equity & Inclusivity

Ensuring a fair, respectful, and productive workplace for all is a core commitment of Tri Hita Consulting. To promote a fair and supportive workplace, Tri Hita introduces progressive benefits such as one day of monthly paid menstrual leave and comprehensive parental flexibility for up to three years. We also try to address systemic barriers for vulnerable communities and prioritise the recruitment of women and individuals with disabilities.

Waste Management & Minimisation

Tri Hita Consulting is committed to eliminating single-use plastics within our offices by transitioning to sustainable alternatives. To effectively manage our waste, our office utilises a centralised waste segregation system, ensuring materials are sorted and diverted from landfills. We extend this commitment beyond the office by encouraging employees to bring separated waste from their homes to our collection points. Furthermore, we actively minimise paper consumption through paperless methods, such as leveraging cloud computing solutions, digital invoicing, and virtual business cards to streamline operations and reduce our environmental impact.
