As part of our unwavering commitment to advancing sustainability initiatives and addressing the critical challenges posed by climate change, Tri Hita Consulting successfully convened its first Advisory Board Meeting of 2025 across two sessions on April 11 and 9 May, 2025. This gathering brought together our respected Advisory Board members: Fabby Tumiwa, Milou Beerepoot, Peter du Pont, Rebecca Self, Kelly McDonald, and Timon Wehnert, who shared valuable insights to help shape the next phase of our strategic direction.
The meeting created an opportunity to align Tri Hita Consulting’s strategic focus with the shifting realities of climate governance, sustainable finance, and innovation at both national and global levels. This alignment was reflected in the key insights shared throughout the discussion, which emphasized how global trends must inform local action.
The urgency to mobilize innovative climate financing emerged as a foundational enabler, closely tied to the need for stronger international partnerships that can unlock resources and expertise. At the same time, participants stressed that as regulatory frameworks and sustainability standards continue to evolve, organizations must stay adaptive to remain credible and effective. These priorities were further connected to the importance of integrating circular economy principles and energy efficiency, ensuring that climate solutions are not only ambitious but also locally grounded and economically resilient.
In addition to the policy and technical discussions, the meeting also explored internal strategic priorities. The board emphasized the importance of optimizing organizational performance through team cohesion, values alignment, and cultural enrichment. Discussions covered practical approaches such as personalized engagement, employee development pathways, and the value of humor and social interaction in building a unified and purpose-driven team. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools was also explored as a key lever for enhancing operational efficiency within the firm.
This Advisory Board Meeting has reaffirmed its value as a critical platform for open dialogue and strategic calibration. Guided by the collective experience of our board, Tri Hita Consulting moves forward with greater clarity and commitment to delivering inclusive, impactful, and future-ready sustainability solutions across Indonesia and beyond.
