Tri Hita Consulting took part in the Indonesia International Sustainability Forum (IISF) held on 10–11 October 2025 at the Jakarta International Convention Centre. The team was represented by Julia Rahmi, Sintya Chalifia Azizah, and Lintang Shafa Mazaya.
Organised by the Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry/Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), the two-day forum brought together leaders, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange ideas and experiences in driving Indonesia’s sustainability agenda forward.
For Tri Hita Consulting, the event was an opportunity to gain fresh insights into key themes such as green investment, industrial decarbonisation, and critical minerals downstreaming. These discussions offered a closer look at the policy shifts and market trends that continue to shape Indonesia’s journey towards a low-carbon economy.
One of the key sessions on industrial decarbonisation highlighted this momentum. Apit Pria Nugraha, Head of Centre for Green Industry, Ministry of Industry, emphasised the government’s commitment to providing comprehensive solutions that bridge collaboration between industry players, green technology providers, financial institutions, and the carbon market through the Green Industry Service Company (GISCO) initiative. Several supporting policies are currently being prepared, including the strengthening of Green Industry Standards (SIH), the integration of the Digital MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, Verification) system, and the development of an Emission Trading System (ETS) for the industrial sector. The government is also formulating new regulations to encourage industries to undertake decarbonisation as part of their compliance obligations.
